SUNPU offers high quality TCT saw blades for wood cutting. Our company introduces and uses advanced facilities including automatic welding and grinding machines, tension testing and heattreatment facilities, which guarantee high quality TCT saw blades. Meanwhile, we control vertical tolerance within 0.03 mm, radial tolerance within +/-0.03 mm to reduce wobbling during working. SUNPU saw blades solve the cutting problems of PET, PVC, Blasa composite materials for you;
1. The special boss structure saw blade is now launched, and the boss thickness is 1.2mm; 1.6mm; 1.8mm for customers to choose;
2. Saw thickness: the thinnest blade thickness is up to 0.65mm, which can be matched with the following 0.65/0.75/0.80/0.90/1.0/1.2/1.6/1.8mm series products with different blade thicknesses according to customer's process requirements;
3. The saw blade adopts special imported special steel plate to ensure the stable operation of the saw blade and improve the service life;
4. The cutter head is made of imported alloy material, and the special angle design ensures the cutting effect;
5. SUNPU's special muffler design minimizes noise and vibration;
6. The saw body is ground by a professional CNC circular grinding machine to ensure the consistency of thickness and high coincidence of holes and grooves of combined dimensions.
